SHIPPING & HANDLING TIME

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (i.e., Monday – Friday). Some orders, such as pre-order items, may take longer.

We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.

PAYMENT METHOD

You can pay via all major VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are not included in the price.

REPLACEMENT/RETURN POLICY

We are happy to offer a 15 day replacement policy for defective item(s) with video proof at the time of opening shipment and for wrong item(s) shipment. Tt has to be unused and unworn items. Free replacement/return shipping is applicable only for pincodes covered by our courier partners.

In case of non-serviceable pincodes, customer is responsible for shipping the jewellery to our warehouse and we will ship replacement jewellery within 1-3 business days (i.e., Monday – Friday). Some orders, such as pre-order items, may take longer.

RETURN SHIPMENT PROCESS

To replace/return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. Contact our customer care and we will arrange a shipment pickup for you. For areas where shipment pickup  facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse. Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties are not refundable. Please address all returns to:
