Refund policy

We have a 15-day replacement policy for defective item(s), which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. Return is only applicable for wrong item shipment.

To be eligible for a replacement, for defective item(s), you need to send video proof at the time of opening shipment and it has to be unused and unworn items with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a replacement/return, you can contact us at support@neeyo.in. Please note that replacement/return will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

If your replacement/return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement/return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please make a video for your order upon reception of shipment and contact us immediately with video proof if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, it will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
